Instagram

I personally do not use Instagram. I made an account a few years ago when it first came out and wasn't into it. It was just like Facebook but with photos. Surprisingly, that's what I hate most about Facebook, the constant amount of photos that people post. So there's no way I'm going to be apart of Instagram. I don't mind people who post photos every now and then. Especially if they are a good friend of mind. I'd love to see what they've been up too through photos. Sometimes they can be silly pictures that brighten your day. Usually that's not the case. As an example, every Fall season my news feed on Facebook is covered with pictures of a skinned deer hanging from a tree. Almost every day when I logged onto Facebook I'd see that. I've had to block most of the "rednecks" who thinks it's a great idea to show the world the guts of an innocent animal that they call their "trophy". I think people go too far with pictures, especially on social media sites. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, mainly because it's their right to post whatever they want, they have that freedom. Just means I gotta stay off Facebook for a few days.

Scientists & Life

Life is a very strange thing. We were all put here on this earth, just to be able to leave the earth at a random time. What's the point? Are we supposed to make an impact on the world in our life span? It's a weird thing if you really sit down and think about it. No one will ever know the answer to that, but that's what makes it interesting. If someone told me that I could chose my life span, I'd obviously say in my 80's. I really don't want to go older than that. Your body starts failing, you lose memories, and you have your Monday-Sunday pills to take. I couldn't imagine having to go through that stage of just knowing your time is near and you're surviving by the pills you have to take. To be honest, I wouldn't want to know my life span. I'd rather just enjoy life each day and see where that takes me, with no regrets.

Leading into the next question.. Does adding years to your life span make it any fuller? I mean, technically I say that's true.. But you make your life full, it's your ability. Adding a year to your life will give you more time to do things, but it'll only be fuller if you make it.
